Your personal information including e-mail addresses and credit card
information will be strictly protected and not revealed to anyone
outside of our company. Your privacy is our primary concern. We
do not sell or disclose customer information to other companies
or persons. Placing an order with our company will not place you
on any mailing or phone list of any kind. Our servers and website
store is encrypted for your security.
Return Policy
While we anticipate that your purchase with us has exceeded your
expectations we understand that there are circumstances where you
may choose to return or exchange your piece of jewelry.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of original receipt
with the following exceptions.

In the event of a return
or exchange you will credited for the purchase price of the
item less any shipping charges. |

Any item that has been
engraved will not be accepted for a return of exchange. |

Certain designer lines
must be special ordered for a specific finger size, center gemstone
shape/size, or specific metal type. When special ordering from
our designer lines in a finger size, center gemstone size/shape,
and metal type that is not a stock item the special order sale
is final and no returns will be allowed. |

We try to maintain all
items that are displayed on our website in stock and recommend
that when you order the item in a stock size and metal type
for review prior to special ordering the item in your size and/or
metal type. This allows you to see a sample of the item prior
to special ordering the piece. After reviewing the item simply
return the jewelry item and special order in the correct finger
size and metal type. You will receive full credit, less any
shipping charges, towards the special ordered item. You will
not be billed for any subsequent shipping charges associated with the
newly special ordered item. |
Returns and Exchange Instructions

Remember to insure the
package for the full value paid. |

We recommend that you
return your item via Registered Mail fully insured for the contents
of the package. Federal express will not insure items valued
over $500.00. UPS will not insure unmounted gemstones/diamonds
contained in the package. |

Please package your
return within a small cardboard box, wrap the contents within
protective wrapping, and completely seal the box. Do not label
the package in a manner that would indicate the nature of the
contents! |

Please include, within
the package, the completed return for that was shipped with
the item. |

Sales Tax
Fabri Fine Jewelry, Ltd. Is located in Bellevue, WA USA. We only
collect sales tax on items that are delivered or shipped within
the state of Washington. Washington State sales tax does not apply
to items shipped outside of Washington State to residents of other
states.
Fabri Fine Jewelry, Ltd. does not collect sales tax for other states.
If state sales tax is applicable in your state it is your responsibility
to contact the appropriate tax or revenue department to determine
the amount owed and then to comply with your state law.
Shipping
All in stock items will ship within two business days (Monday thru
Friday). Shipping times for special ordered items vary by designer.

FabriFineJewelry.com will ship your merchandise to you free of
charge for items priced at $250.00 or more. All items will be shipped
to you via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Delivery, or through
the United States Postal Service (USPS). A signature will be required
at the time of delivery.

We prefer that all items purchased be shipped to the same billing address
of the credit card. This is done to insure the
safety of your purchase and credit card. If for some reason you
need to have an item shipped to an address other than the billing
address, please call toll free 866-453-0373 to make shipping arrangements.
Fabri Fine Jewelry, Ltd. will fax or e-mail you a form that when
filled out will allow us to ship to an address other than the billing
address of the credit card.
